We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to send transactional messages — for example invoices and diagnostic reports — and to receive replies from customers who contact us.

• We receive your phone number, profile name (if shared by WhatsApp), and the content of messages you send.
• We may store message content and delivery status in our internal business systems (ERP) to provide and document our services.

We send WhatsApp messages only for legitimate service purposes, such as sharing your invoice or lab report, or responding to your request. You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time by contacting us.

We process personal information where necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate business interests (such as record-keeping and fraud prevention), or with your consent where required — for example when you provide your mobile number for report delivery or message us first on WhatsApp.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
